Meet The Coach!
Coach Aubri is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC). She is a graduate of the University of Iowa and is also a Certified Functional Strength Coach. She specializes in weight loss, habit and behavior change, and metabolic building. In her spare time, Coach Aubri loves to be outside hiking and kayaking with her husband, Chad, or inside singing and playing guitar next to her multitude of houseplants.

Clients meet with Coach Aubri via video conferencing weekly for a one-on-one, personalized experience. Sessions are tailored to YOU and for YOU!
